The community offers spacious luxury villas as well as high-end apartments, all designed around greenery and a crystal-blue lagoon. Extremely family & pet-friendly, it is just a short drive from major financial and business hubs such as Downtown Dubai and DIFC.

I have been at the terraces over a year. The interior and exterior design is unique in the Community. It stands out among neighbor building's. Large pool exposed to the Sun during good part of the day. Gym size is ok but not too large , sona , steam & jacuzzi available. Construction noise are disappearing with time. Maintenance & security are ok.

The beautiful building, love the pool, spa, two bedrooms are perfect

Very unique building and layout in a central yet community vibes area. Love the fact it’s next to the park, plenty of green spaces with plenty of shops and cafes near by. Jucuzzi, sauna and steam room is a bonus in addition to the pool.

Absolutely amazing design of the apartments, very unique. We do not regret buying in this building.

there is no guest parking. The building is infested with bugs everywhere. They are everywhere including the gym, hallways and trash room. The water has a horrible smell when you use your rest rooms as well.

I love this building. It’s right on the park, with direct access to it. The design is very unique. The location is perfect, 8 min from Dubai mall.
