Great building and the neighbors are awesome. Guest parking can be a hassle sometimes. Walking distance to multiple pools, gyms, and the shopping area

This is one of the better buildings in this community. The neighbors are great, well maintained, and the building is close to several pools and shops on the main street. Kid friendly. Can't complain.

I've lived in Marlowe House one for about 1.5 years now. Really impressed with the size of the apartments and the location of the building. Close proximity to two pools as well as the shopping strip. One of the low-rise buildings in MotorCity. Security guys are fantastic and very helpful. Street parking might be an issued on some days but usually I'm able to find a parking spot fast.
