What Residents say about A A Tower
Lived here for two years, and the location is hard to beat. I walk to the metro in five minutes, and I'm at my office before most people have finished parking. The tower has a decent gym, and the reception staff actually responds when you message them.

Skyline views are spectacular and having metro right outside makes car-free living genuinely possible. It's a commercial corridor at heart, don't expect a residential community vibe

A A is only new tower on SZR which is made in 2021, With high end Finishing & easy access to metro & sheikh Zayed road & beautiful breath taking views of Burj khalifa & sea the quality living in A A . Also this building holds guines world record of biggest alphabet letter "A" made with steel on the top of building . Building is also chiller free.
