Developed by Nshama, it has a friendly, welcoming vibe that’s perfect for families and young professionals. Even though it’s a little outside the busy city, the cheerful atmosphere and sense of community make it a really happy place to live

We've lived in Hayat for 1 year and now Zahra Breeze for 2 years. The noise is unbearable from kids in the corridors and play area. The security cannot do anything. Parking is fine for 1 car per home, but not more. Pool is great, gym is average, the park and events are good in the winter. It has everything you will need being so far away from Dubai, but is now too expensive for what you get and the traffic and noise is not worth staying for.

Zahra Breeze Apartments are 4 blocks (3A / 3B / 4A / 4B) of buildings located in Town Square. Each 2 blocks have their own pool and gym. Everything is good about the community except the traffic in the morning during school days at Town Square only exit.

Zahra Breeze is a nice building consisting of 4 connected blocks. The building itself is good and it has plenty of security guards similary to the rest of Town Square. Town Square is an amazing community, such a shame they didn't plan a second exit out of the community. Leaving to work in the morning during school days is just unbearable because of traffic.
