I can host and attend events within the vibrant community, enjoy a spacious swimming pool, and relax outdoors while admiring the iconic Burj Khalifa from the elegant Emaar community. With excellent security and endless possibilities, it’s a place I truly love.

Sitting between DIFC, Downtown, and the World Trade Centre, it offers a rare balance: central connectivity with a more grounded, residential pace. Over the years, it’s been interesting to watch how the area has evolved naturally rather than through heavy marketing, slowly becoming part of Dubai’s next central corridor.

The location is perfect, close proximity to DIFC, Dubai Mall and the airport. The gym has not been fitted out yet which is rather frustrating and resulting in us having to pay for a membership at Fitness First. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Management is responsive to maintenance requests, maintains cleanliness in public areas, and provides adequate security. Building is showing signs of age, but still in livable condition. Gym is small and contains most of what might be required, though maintenance of equipment is sometimes less than prompt. Convenient location in front of metro station. Well-stocked (though somewhat overpriced) supermarket on ground floor. ATMs, laundry, salons, and most day-to-day amenities within easy walking distance. Given the location, there is lots of traffic noise. Window and doors are not entirely soundproof. Morning can be noisy with delivery trucks and garbage collection. Attached parking deck has narrow spaces so you're sure to be banged and dinged. Plenty of additional paid parking at rear.
