Sahab Al Emarat Tower

Al Mamzar was a pleasant surprise. The beach and park area are the highlight and there are plenty of green space, clean sand, and a nice breeze coming off the water, which makes it a great spot for a walk or a family day out. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and settled, with local shops, bakeries, and small restaurants dotted around, and being right on the Dubai border makes it convenient if you're travelling between the two emirates. The only downside is that traffic can get pretty heavy around the crossing at peak times, so it's worth timing your trips. Aside from that, it's a relaxed, welcoming area with a lot going for it.
