Centrally located with access to almost everything in Dubai - approximately 15 min to both sides, Downtown and Dubai Marina. Located directly across from Dubai Hills along the newly upgraded Umm Suqeim road. Near this district you can easily find several hospitals, the Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and so much more. Great for apartment style living.
Its a family area with a lot of tourist spots to visit
Close to Dubai Hills Mall. Multiple access roads. Great location. Build quality is very high and style is modern and calming.
It’s a clean building and very quiet i feel secure in this building because there is security guards 24/7
Units come with modern furnishings and complete appliances, and chiller free. Easy to decorate and make it feel like your home. The amenities are okay, although the gym could be improved and a heated pool would have been a good addition to swim at night. Everything was great from the last quarter of 2022, until the construction started around the building all at the same time, making it hard to sleep at night. The road to this building is mostly 1 way, and construction trucks and constructions would occupy them most of the time. Management still hasn't fully figured out the gate access as the system barely recognizes the tenants' cards WHILE inside the car, forcing people to get off just to get inside the building. There are no available parking for visitors within the building, and they are all forced to park by the street outside. Nevertheless, these inconvenience are still manageable as it is easy to make this your home.
Worst building I ever lived in. Building is noisy with neighbours doing construction work in evening. Security is always argue with everyone. Make you pay 2000 AED deposit to bring in your furniture which you never get back. Only thing that looks nice is floor.
