Churchill Residency Tower

In General, a great building, some pros and cons like everyplace: Pros: Huge pool, great views, no noise at all, friendly staff. Cons: Maintenance is good, however the apartment had some bad smell. Pool is not heated making it not so great in the winter.

Amazing building, surrounded by many shops, stores. Easy access from SH Zayed or AL khail. Perfect location. Facilities are great, big pool and nice gym and tennis court

Well maintained building, with strong community of residents. Amazing pool and canal access. A lot of restaurants coming up around the building.

Well maintained building, great amenities. Conveniently located and good unobstructed views of the city from higher floors. Has some guest parking available.

Good quality building. Lots of podium open space for the kids. The gym and the pool are above average standards. Churchill is located direct on Dubai Canal.
