Churchill Tower
The owners association is extremely good. There is lots of notice and the building is very well maintained. The pool is extremely good and there is lots of sun there during the day. The gym is better than most but does not compare to a private gym facility. The location is great as it is easy to get onto Al Khail or around Business Bay. The size of the apartment is large.
The Churchill Residency has the best finishing in the area. I've looked a lot around and could not find anything like it for the same price !
The Pool area and gym facility are very nice. The pool could have the water temperature controlled during the cold months too. The gym ia very nice but could have a little more equipments for us to use. Overall it is a very good property.
