The best building in business bay
Inside building there r too many activities,quite,around there r 24/7 super market nd restaurants nd the unit r big nd useful
Clean nd big also quite nd big building also have nice security 24 hours
I love this ubora residency tower.very clean and quite building compared to all buildings in business bay with big size of units also smart access with good managements
Poor maintenance. Awful care for tentants
Apartment is really beautiful, clean and well designed but not worth the headache with community management.
There is always leakage, broken elevators or something happening to take your peace. You need to report thousand times and still they wont care!
It also has 3 loud constructions around the building and it is very noisy inside the apartment. The pool is surrounded by construction workers taking your privacy.
