One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

Very nice location. Clean and comfortable building. Pool with amazing Burj view. Lived here for a 6 months and liked this place so much!!!

Very good building with good layouts and views. Maintenance staff and security are very helpful and building is always clean. The gym is not as big as in some other buildings but the basics are available.
