Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.
Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.
Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.
Overall well maintained building with an awesome central marina direct access & close Marina mall/JBR access. Gym has decent essentials & there's a decent pool. Road side apartments have road noise but that's expected, switched to higher floor rented apartment with marina views... perfect! Lived in several marina/JBR buildings to date has to be my favourite. One allocated parking could of done with 2 but then that's pretty standard I guess. People complain about Zenner AC management providers buy try living in other buildings typically the same.
Staff is great, the gym is a bit outdated and essential equipment is missing. A bit of noise if the apt is on the road side but you are getting used to it. The worst thing is that the building management is still working with zenner (the worst AC provider in DUB) even though everyone is complaining about it.
This is a great building and very conveniently located. The staff a very friendly and helpful. After living here for 4 years the building management have appointed a company called Zenner to manage our a/c. They have been nothing but a disaster and constantly threatening to disconnect the a/c. The reviews of the company is also bad and we would not be living in any building that has Zenner managing anything.
Great location, great views, great pool area and gym. We lived here for several years and would definetely recommend it.
A well managed apartment in a great location with lovely Marina views, nice decor & a helpful management team on hand. Walking distance to beach & all essential shops! Would definitely return!!
The apartment is very well located close to beach & shops/mall with fantastic marina views, perfect accommodation for holiday or to live & nicely decorated unlike many i have stayed in! Downside is the parking one is allocated but guests are charged but from experience most apartment blocks are doing the same.
