Amazing building. Location is second to none. Tennis court is an added bonus

This tower is prob in one of the best locations if not the best. Easy access in and out, close to the beach and 5 star hotels. Gets great sunlight and the staff are amazing

Location is amazing (No Traffic). View was amazing (Marina Canal and palm). Facility was good (Gym, Pool and tennis). Easy access to Marina Walk. Building Maintenance and Management are good also. Try to find an apartment ad higher floor as possible and you will see im right.

Great building. Really enjoyed living here. Great views. The gym needs and upgrade. Apart from that amazing. Tennis court is incredible.

No traffic access, 24/7 supermarket, great view with no one building in front, outstanding amenities (tennis court, sauna, steam bath, barbecue, kids care, ..). Better for guests to come by taxi or they can valet their car for reasonably cheap amount. Next to Grosvenor, walking distance from Barasti, JBR walk, etc.

I moved to this building because it gathers between really direct nice view on Marina, spacious Appartments and rooms and balcony.

Great location / amazing views from the apartments and great facilities. Enjoyed staying here. Also very easy access to SZR/ marina living without the traffic worries

Its very good building in terms of view from the apartments, maintenance and accessibility. Only few buildings in Marina has tennis court, barbecue area and direct access to the marina walk.

Good building on the outside, quality in the apartment not the best. Property is tired and needs renovations and better quart material
