The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Compared to some other busy areas in Dubai, certain parts of the Marina can also feel less crowded while still offering a vibrant lifestyle.

I lived in this tower for 3 years. I lived on the 3rd floor and on the 18th floor. The Tower is nice and although it is starting to look alittle dated it still is one of the best you'll find in Marina. The apartments are large with plenty of windows. The 3rd floor was more noisy than the 18th floor but nice to get in and out of the tower quickly. The security team here are really good. But the Tower Management company and their staff are awful .Everything takes forever to get done. Things to look out for: The apartments based next door to the rubbish shoot. - You will hear the rubbish during the operational hours. People throw bottles down there when they should not. The gym and pool have the cooking smell of the restaurants coming from there. The ventilation system at Trident Marinascape as a whole is messed up. The location is amazing, close to the tram, metro and SZR. The parking spaces are easy to navigate and the distance from the mosques is good enough not to wake up. Overall I recommend this tower, it's great for tenants, I would suggest making sure you pick a good unit. For buyers - the service charge is extremely high in my opinion and the management company are pretty poor which is a shame.
