It has everything around and also 5 mins to the beach and so many restaurants around and it’s perfect for tourists as every thing is just walking distance

The location within marina is amazing, less than 2 mins walk from JBR beach, right on marina with lots of nice restaurants and perfect for nice walks. The traffic is not bad at all for this area, easy to get in and out of marina with just one traffic light stop. Next to the tram as well. Security are nice and friendly. Building is well maintained, easy parking. Nice pool and gym overlooking marina. Lifts are quick and not long as not that many floors for a marina building

Amazing location, in front of JBR 2 tram statlon, direct access to Marina Walk from back door, 300 meters to JBR beach, the lowest trafflc area of Marina (entry from last exlt ln Shelk Zayed Road). Incredible Marina views especially if you have 10 series. Fantastlc gyn wlth modern equipments , amazing marina view from gym and pool. Fantastic security and building maintenance team. Living here since 6 years; couldn’t be more happy.

I have been living in this tower for 5 years till now, honestly the tower is super clean, very good interior design and always being renovated (like Gym,Sauna, Steam, Reception...). It is actually located just in front of tram stop "JBR2" and 5 mins walk towards to the metro station "DMCC". In addition, it is directly facing the Marina Walk, while is just 2 mins walk across the street towards JBR walk! Indeed it has a very quiet environment, very friendly staff, very understanding and open-minded! I am quite sad to see one of the reviews here criticizing the staff! Those people work all day hard, earn less salary but smile to your face and say thank you! they are humble, friendly and polite. I guess the problem not in them with all my respect!

Moved in 6 months ago and love the location. On the Marina side and it’s quiet. Friendly security and brand new gym, never had an issue with guest parking

This building has spectacular views of the Marina and is in a great location. That said you pay for that location with the noise , horns blasting in the night is not unusual . The pool is small but sufficient . There is no play area for children and you have to pay to use the BBQ area . The building seems to have an issue with ants and there is constantly a bad smell from the drains. There’s always maintenance work outside All that said I would continue to live here as the rooms are a good size and the views are amazing . The biggest issue I have with this building is the security staff . They are unfriendly , lacking in common courtesy and to be frank the absolute worst staff I have ever encountered in Dubai. They will run around constantly harassing you if you leave your car parked for 1 minute but allow huge flows of traffic to be created by non residents parking outside the gates , taxis in particular .

The Point Tower is located in heart of dubai with beautiful view. The building quality is very good and cleaning is always upto mark. I love staying in this area. I found our building is very prestigious and very prime location. I would definitely recommend a family should stay and experience it by themselves.

The maintenance company (Pacific Owners Association Management Services) has ruined this building. Their decision to promote the violation of Dubai's noise ordinance, by allowing 24/7 access to the pool area (with no lifeguard between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00), has made this building a place that is very difficult to live and not worth the rent money.

I moved to The point two years back, and, compared to the trends in other buildings, the building status is getting better with time. They upgraded the gym, all the common areas, new trees, new lighting..
