Excellent property near the beach
3 minutes walking distance. Has gym, pool, 3 supermarkets and pharmacy with delivery service 24/7. Great kids area. Love it.

Great location, easy access on and off the island. Shams 1 is situated to the South of the island, with easy access to SZR. Easy walking distance to shops, bars restaurants, beaches and much more. Would highly recommend investment or rental. Apartment sizes are larger than the most modern apartments, with an average of 1340sqft for a two-bedroom apartment.
Great place to live in Dubai!
Next to all the amenities, Starbucks, tram, beach, JBR Walk and all the restaurants. Easy entry and exit to Sheikh Zayed Road.
