This apartment is one of the upgraded units with the great view in this amazing, friendly and family community in JVC. I would love to live thier again but unfortunately I needed two bedrooms. I highly recommend it for couples and small families.

No water pressure! Lifts never seem to work and when they do! they seem to have a mind of there own, fire alarm always going off, parking entrance not great!! especially if you have a big car

This property is awesome. I've lived JVC for many years now and Fortunato is for sure the best i've experienced. Anyone looking to move to JVC will not be disappointed with this place. P.S the one bed duplexes are worth paying a little extra for ;)

The building is still a work in progress - smelly a/c, leaks, weekly interruptions to water supply, elevators constantly breaking down along with many other small problems caused by the horribly finished apartments! Only upside is that the size and layout of the apartment is good!
