Waterproofing is poor. It rains on the inside when weather is bad and takes a very long time to get it fixed. There is no roof access, so every time there is an issue, a 'cherry picker' has to be called. Community is generally okay, fairly clean, but maintenance takes a long while to be completed.

It is little far from the city centre and does not have bus or metro facility yet but great for families who love peaceful community living.
