Location: First of all it has a great location, next to Shaikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah « very close to Madinat Jumeirah. Ideal for people working in Media/internet city and knowledge village, also within 5 minutes of Tecom and Al Barsha. Building: It’s a low rise building constituted of 5 floors, quiet and classy neighborhood. High quality construction in all the details of the building. Flat: It’s been fully upgraded in a smart way from all aspects to make it a very functional and elegant at the same time. Custom made loose and fixed furniture to utilise the space to make it a very comfortable to live in.

"It doesn't feel like Dubai" - that's how I would summarise it. Apartments are very European, modern, well equipped the building has only 5 floors with a great gym and swimming pool at the top, easy parking for guests and super close to the beach, 15 min run. Also the building is pet friendly, lots of dog owners live in it. Now that the tower next door is almost final, the noise is much lower. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Lived here for about six months as a renter and honestly Al Sufouh surprised me. It has that rare Dubai quality of feeling genuinely calm - not "quiet because nothing's here" quiet, but settled and residential. The beach is the highlight. Walking distance, barely any tourists, no beach clubs pumping music. The community itself has a good local feel. Nice cafes, sports facilities close by - everything you need without the mall-anchored setup you get in most Dubai neighborhoods. Connectivity is good - easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and a straight shot toward both JBR and the Marina if you want the buzz. On value, for what you get - space, calm, beach access, proximity to everything - the rent makes sense.
