Building is not new, but old is gold. Very greatly located 10 min walk to Dubai mall, metro and executive towers shopping center. Nursery, Barber/ grocery /pharmacy all available. Maintenance team is great- they come and they always assist and advice. Pool, gym and changing rooms under the renovation. Building is very clean and management always doing pest control and regular inspections in time . Very family oriented, pet friendly and very safe with 24/7 security guards. Plus there is always Concierge at the reception and they are very helpful. neighborhood is great . Construction is on, but they are not that noisy- normal , once it finished it will certainly add great value to the building and community in general. Great building .

Been living in the building for a year. Significant building work to address the fire. That finished but now another 6 months of building work, which has closed the outside areas and swimming pools. They upgraded the very small gym, put in new machines, but fewer of them, so it is now smaller than before the "upgrade" (2 runners, 2 bikes, 1 rower, 2 steppers and a small multi gym for a 35 storey / 250 apartment building. The lifts frequently break down. There is a lounge that is really a waste of space. Just feels like the building mgt haven't asked residents what they want. The location is good, as are the staff, so no issues there.

Very noisy studio, you have to wake up every day at 4 -am .there is a lot of traffic near the property.

Perfect place for families, very convenient location in downtown, big apartments, building is under renovation so that's good. You are in downtown but behind the Boulevard so you don't get stuck in traffic. Better than many other new buildings .

Good location, very clean, helpful staff and management, grocery shop just at the ground floor. Like all the building in Dubai has some issues but nothing more than the new buildings.

Downtown Dubai is very glitz and glam, it leans fully into that polished, high-end lifestyle and doesn’t really try to be anything else. You’re surrounded by some of the city’s most premium spots, from upscale restaurants to clubs, and being right next to Burj Khalifa honestly never gets old, it always has that awe factor no matter how many times you see it. With The Dubai Mall just there as well, everything feels very elevated and very convenient at the same time. There’s no shortage of lifestyle options either. Gyms, Pilates studios, yoga spaces, all very much on the fancier side, so if you’re into that kind of routine, it’s all right there and done well. That said, it definitely comes at a price. It’s an expensive area to live in, and that extends beyond just rent, even everyday things like groceries feel noticeably higher. It’s not somewhere you move to for value, it’s more about the experience and the lifestyle. Overall, if premium living is what you’re into, Downtown Dubai absolutely delivers. It’s a bit over the top, but that’s kind of the point.

Downtown Dubai is the famous central hub with most of the important attractions surrounded, with best tourist spots. Metro and bus facility is easy to most of the places. Has high end restaurants and recreational activities. Best place to enjoy Dubai city luxurious lifestyle and amenities. It is a busy area so except more traffic.

Downtown Dubai is the city’s pulsating heart, offering an upscale, cosmopolitan lifestyle in the center of it all. The area is home to iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and the mesmerizing Dubai Fountain, making it one of the most sought-after locations in Dubai. A standout addition to the area is the Grand Opera District, which brings world-class cultural and performing arts experiences to residents, adding a unique blend of sophistication and leisure to daily life. The community features premium apartments with spectacular Burj Khalifa views, waterfront promenades, and a vibrant social scene, making it ideal for those who value luxury and city-center living. Downtown Dubai is well-connected by metro and major roads, ensuring easy access across the city. While living here comes at a premium, the area offers unmatched lifestyle appeal, picturesque surroundings, and proximity to Dubai’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it perfect for those who can afford the upscale urban experience.

Downtown Dubai is the vibrant heart of the city, offering a dynamic, urban lifestyle at the center of it all. Home to iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, along with the captivating Dubai Fountain, the area is highly picturesque and a major draw for both residents and visitors. It is especially appealing for those seeking premium apartments with direct Burj views and a lively, cosmopolitan atmosphere. The community is well-connected to the rest of Dubai, with strong road and metro access, making commuting relatively convenient. However, this centrality and popularity come with trade-offs—higher rental and purchase costs, heavy tourist footfall, and traffic congestion, particularly during peak hours and weekends. Overall, Downtown Dubai offers an unmatched lifestyle for those prioritizing location, views, and access to world-class attractions, but may be less suited for those seeking quieter, more spacious living environments.

It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

Pool and view is what keeps us renewing our rent at the same property. We would jus like more apartment space. Two parking spots would be better than the one allocated.
