A well-built residential tower with 29 residential floors, it is relatively low-rise compared to many of the taller buildings in Dubai Marina. The solid, fire-resistant walls add to the sense of safety and quality construction. The building has three lifts, which are sufficient for its size, with minimal crowding and virtually no waiting times. The swimming pool is spacious and offers beautiful views of the Marina, while the green outdoor area provides a pleasant space for children to play. The gym is relatively small, but it is equipped with high-quality Technogym equipment. The location is another major advantage: directly on the Marina promenade and walking path, next to the boat station, yet away from the main traffic. 10 min walk to the Metro Station. Many apartments enjoy lovely Marina or sea views. Recently the lobby was rennovated and with the new Facility management company it is expected to bring up the maintenance to the highest standards.

At the best part of Marina without traffic and quickly connected to main points of interest. We lived for 5 years in an apartment with full views to the Marina. The pools, the gym and the orientation is perfect easily connected to SSRoad. Very recommendable.

The tower's location is quite favorable, especially considering the manageable morning traffic in the area. While there are some aspects that could use improvement, it's important to note that there is room for enhancement.nnOne aspect that might benefit from attention is the gym area, which is currently on the smaller side. There are two gym rooms, but they have limited equipment, and it appears that the air conditioning system may need some maintenance. nnAdditionally, it's worth mentioning that the elevator doors close rather quickly, and there seems to be an issue with the sensors, which could use some adjustment for safety and convenience.nnLastly, there is ongoing construction work near the tower, which has resulted in some dust and noise. While this can be a temporary inconvenience, it's important to keep in mind that developments like these are common in growing areas and are typically a sign of progress for the neighborhood.nnIn conclusion, while there are areas that could be improved, the tower's location is favorable, and with attention to these details, it has the potential to provide an even better living experience for its residents.

This is one of the best towers that are in marina, access is very easy and no traffic they always have parking and guest parking is very easy and one of the best views that has no obstruction not like in the other areas in marina Security staff and very helpful and super nice Flats are amazing of well maintained

Advantages: * location and traffic as you can get in and out of the tower pretty easy in this part of Marina * beautiful marina views Disadvantages: * rather old building. The apartment can look really good, but equipment above the ceiling needs constant repairs or rather complete change. Water dripping and hence mold is a regular thing * small lifting gym where only 2 can fit. Cardio gym equipment partially not working. For 2 years living in tower, after multiple complaints never got fixed. * bad sound isolation, so you can hear constant noise from outside. In addition construction is ongoing 08.2022 with non stop work and noise even at night

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
