Lived here for about six months as a renter and honestly Al Sufouh surprised me. It has that rare Dubai quality of feeling genuinely calm - not "quiet because nothing's here" quiet, but settled and residential.
The beach is the highlight. Walking distance, barely any tourists, no beach clubs pumping music.
The community itself has a good local feel. Nice cafes, sports facilities close by - everything you need without the mall-anchored setup you get in most Dubai neighborhoods.
Connectivity is good - easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and a straight shot toward both JBR and the Marina if you want the buzz.
On value, for what you get - space, calm, beach access, proximity to everything - the rent makes sense.
