Poor Maintenance & AC Problems My experience at Marlowe House 2 has been very disappointing. The air conditioning frequently does not work properly, and despite repeated maintenance visits, the issue has not been resolved permanently. There is also a persistent unpleasant smell in the building, which appears to be related to the air-conditioning or ventilation system. At times, residents even leave their doors open to allow cool air into their apartments. The building is also very noisy in low floors. Overall, the maintenance has been inadequate, and the same problems continue to recur. The building needs a proper, long-term solution rather than temporary fixes.
