I've been living in this building for the past two years and I can vouch for it as it is very well located (2 mins to metro station/bus, taxis available 24/7), close to supermarkets, schools and hospitals. The building itself is very well maintained with many recent upgrades such as kids play area, gym, lobby, etc. The staff is kind and helpful.

The staff does an excellent job of keeping the common areas clean and well-maintained. nnGym Facilities (5/5):nFor fitness enthusiasts, the gym facilities here would definitely be pleasing. They're well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to a fitness routine.nnPool (3/5):nWhile the pool is a nice addition, I must admit it's not the most impressive feature. It's decent but could certainly be improved for a more enjoyable experience.nnChildren's Play Area (2/5):nOne notable drawback is the absence of a dedicated children's play area. If you have kids, you might need to get creative in finding activities for them.nnNoise from Empower Station (3/5):nOne aspect to consider is the proximity to the Empower station. Drove through at rush hour - very central for reaching Marina, Media City or SZR quickly. Entry/exit points onto Sheikh Zayed Road get congested at peak hours though.

Stayed a few nights in Barsha Heights and it's a solid choice if you want to be in the middle of everything. It's right on Sheikh Zayed Road, walking distance to the metro (Dubai Internet City station), and easy to get anywhere in Dubai from there. Loved that there were tons of restaurants and cafes right downstairs, and it felt lively even at night.

Barsha Heights has become Dubai's new center for both residential and business community with direct metro station i.e Dubai Internet City. It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.
