Great place to live with arguably best views in town. Location is a big plus without the traffic. Yes pool and maintenance could be better but overall a great medium sized tower with great views and good Location

This building is lacking proper maintenance and standard. They advertise the swimming pool which is closed since January 2022... until now (Nov.2022), the parking garage is full of holes and stones, nobody takes care of that. Also I have reported those problems to the property management but I have never received any response.

Worst building i ever lived! AC not efficient to make normal room temperature,it's constantly 26-28 degrees in rooms with AC working constantly day and night on high speed! ( Billis!) Swimming pool doesn't work already more then 1 year! And they advertising as apartment with infinity pool

Full height glass windows with stunning full sea, palm and burn Arab views. Supermarket under the building, pharmacy, barbershop, restaurants and Turkish cafeteria with sweets in next door building 2 mins walk. Easy in out from Szr. School 5 mins away. What else I need to live peacefully )) Time to time little work always all buildings need in Dubai, experience of 8 years in Dubai, Tho still maintenance team needs improvement, specially open the swimming pool,

We have a beautiful view from high floor of the building. We have full sea view, Burj Arab view, palm view and sun set too. Easy access to and from sheikh Zaid road. 10 mins from Mall of Emirates, Madinat Jumeirah, Burj Arab and Public beach. Maybe 15 mins from Marina and JBR beach too. Building is quiet, no noise so peaceful. It has a huge gym so we do not pay for another gym and its membership. Only little disappointment is swimming pool still not opened since a while but hopefully they shall open soon. meanwhile just enjoy the public beach which is only only 5-10 mins from our building.

Lived here for about six months as a renter and honestly Al Sufouh surprised me. It has that rare Dubai quality of feeling genuinely calm - not "quiet because nothing's here" quiet, but settled and residential. The beach is the highlight. Walking distance, barely any tourists, no beach clubs pumping music. The community itself has a good local feel. Nice cafes, sports facilities close by - everything you need without the mall-anchored setup you get in most Dubai neighborhoods. Connectivity is good - easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and a straight shot toward both JBR and the Marina if you want the buzz. On value, for what you get - space, calm, beach access, proximity to everything - the rent makes sense.
