The area/location of the building is very accessible especially to the public transportation like metro and buses. It is near to City Center Deira also and has an available paid parking in front. However, the maintenance of the building is really terrible because it has a foul smell (garbage) in the lobby of residential units. And in case of something to be fixed in your unit, it will take so long before maintenance team will come and fix.

Pros: - Diversity in culture = food and retail convenience - Many malls around - Excellent public transportation and walkability (Metro and plenty of bus stops) - Low cost of living Cons: - Parking nightmare if you own a car - High noise levels from people and vehicles - Super crowded, high density of people - Aging public areas (sidewalks and alleys) - Lack of greenery
