Dubai Marina is located along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) at Interchange 5, between Jebel Ali Port and the areas that contain Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. It’s also close to Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai Internet City, and Palm Jumeirah.

Elite Residence is a luxurious 91-storey residential building located in the heart of Dubai Marina. It is the fourth tallest skyscraper in Dubai and offers stunning views of the city skyline, the Arabian Gulf, and the Palm Jumeirah. The building has a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a steam room. There is also a 24-hour security team on duty to ensure the safety of residents. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Elite Residence and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Dubai.

Eliite Residence is one of the best towers in Marina. The building is clean, well maintained with great facilities like indoor and outdoor pool. Apartments are spacious, with open kitchen, dishwasher and all appliances. The only problem I had were noisy neighbours, but that depends on the apartment you get. Being on the shadow part of the tower we didn't have to use AC at all, but we still had to pay bills for it. Overall I recommend Elite Residence if you want to stay in Marina.

Good gym, well maintained and clean, spacious apartments, good crowd and decent elevators.. rarely had to wait in line for the elevator even during Corona times when we can ride only 4. Parking for visitors is non-existent but I guess that's the standard set in most of the buildings in Marina. Good thing there are a lot of parking sports near Barasti just over the road. Love the gym and the summing pools and the proximity to everything!

Nice apartment, but airconditioning is very bad. Had it cleaned / fixed several times. It never gets colder then 24 degrees. I ve it running 24/7. If I turn it off for only a day it would take 3 to 4 days to get to 24 degrees again in summer. AC is not really working and still paying a fortune for AC bills. Airconditioning gets 1 star.

I've lived in Dubai for 7 years, 5 of those years have been in a 1br or 2br apartment in this building. Elite Residence is by the far the best building to live in Dubai Marina, the location is perfect for the Marina, close to the beach, maintained to the highest level and has amazing facilities. The gym is the most equipped I've seen and the pool/lounging area (with artificial grass) is well kept and has many loungers available. You do get the occasional smell in the buliding (like most in Dubai) but I've never seen a cockroach in any of my apartments. This building would be the best choice you've ever made.

During my three years in a 20th floor 2-bed at Elite, I have loved the location (so close to the Marina walk, Carrefour, tram, Media City, Barasti/Westin), the spaciousness & nice design of the apartment, the pleasant staff, and the great gym & pools. The only not-so-great things I can think of are the slightly dated design of the kitchen and bathrooms, and also the tendency of drivers in the area to lean on their car horns for minutes (why??). The views aren't so great on the non-ocean view side of the building but a positive is that the apartment stays relatively cool in summer.

I used to stay in Elite for 3 years. Good location for long and short term stay. Big supermarket 20 meters, tram station 100 meters, Barasti beach across the road. Close to Dubai Marina all restaurants. Building staff friendly and helpful. Will stay there again if have opportunity.

I moved to this building 2 months ago and I can't wait to move out. The garbage treatment is poor which make stinks even inside my apartment. The basement gets the same strong smell. Gym, Pool and location are really good.

I've lived in Dubai for the past 14 years and this is by far the best building in the Marina. The facilities are excellent, the people are awesome and you don't have to deal with the headache of traffic. The only problem is that the prices are higher than other buildings but then I guess you get what you pay for.

Building is in a great location, just outside the Marina to avoid the traffic and awesome proximity to Media City if thats where your job lies. The tram means that the traffic lights take 10 minutes a piece which is VERY annoying and constant construction means there is tap tap tapping all day long. But in terms of the building, finishes are good, security is extremely attentive and helpful and generally was a nice place to live for three years.
