Infinity Villas is an exclusive waterfront villa collection by Eagle Hills on Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi. The project forms part of the larger Ramhan Island masterplan and brings private villa living to one of Abu Dhabi’s natural coastal settings. The development features standalone luxury villas surrounded by calm bays, mangroves, and open Gulf waters.
One of the main features of Ramhan Island is its natural landscape. Unlike many waterfront communities in the UAE, Ramhan Island was not created through land reclamation. The island already existed naturally, allowing the masterplan to follow its original coastline, bays, waterways, and mangrove areas.
This natural shape creates different waterfront positions across the island. Instead of having rows of similar plots, villas can offer different views, levels of privacy, and connections to the water.
Infinity Villas is planned around privacy, open views, and waterfront living. Large windows allow natural light to enter the homes while creating clear views of the surrounding landscape. Open-plan interiors connect with spacious outdoor areas, helping residents enjoy the island environment throughout the year.
