Villa del Arte is an 11-storey residential building on Dubai Islands, Deira. The project is developed by Mr. Eight Development with a billion-dirham vision. It comes in strategic partnership with British design icon Tom Dixon. The tower contains an estimated 64 units. Unit types include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
Interiors use premium materials and refined finishes. Stone and marble include Italian silver travertine Romano and Calacatta Viola in WCs. Sanitary ware is by Tom Dixon London and luxury bathtubs by Antonio Lupi. Kitchens are fitted with Siemens appliances and stone countertops. Built-in wardrobes have glass doors and internal lighting. Lighting is by Zonda and switches/sockets by Siemens. Buyers may choose travertine or parquet wooden flooring for the living room.
