Soma Residence

Soma Residences by Origami Development is developing a brand new 8-storey apartment building. It is located on the newly developing coastal area of the Dubai Islands, part of the Deira district. Soma Residences represents a new style of urban living through its minimalist architectural style combined with the coastal waterfront environment in which it is sited. The height of the building is lower than that of most high-rise buildings. This gives the project a much more intimate feeling for the people who live in them, versus those who live in an apartment building with high rises.

The Soma Residences project was designed to provide residents with comfort, good looks, and function. Each of the residences was designed with an efficient floor plan and modern interior design. One primary consideration when designing the Houses was to maximize the use of natural light and provide fresh air into units while providing some level of privacy to the residents in the Homes. An additional design principle considered when designing the Homes was indoor/outdoor living.
