Oystra Phase 2

Oystra Phase 2 by Zaha Hadid is a premium seafront residential project located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This development is delivered by Richmind as the second phase of the well-known Oystra master community. The project is planned as a sculptural coastal destination where architecture, outdoor spaces, and daily living connect in a natural and comfortable way.

Oystra Phase 2 presents a clear and powerful design identity created by the world-famous architecture studio. Interior concepts are developed by HBA Residential, while the outdoor and public landscape areas are designed by Cracknell. The buildings follow soft and flowing forms inspired by the movement of the sea. Curved façades, wide terraces, and smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor areas define the character of the entire community.

The architectural language focuses on open views, light-filled spaces, and strong visual connection with the coastline. Every element of the design supports practical living while offering a refined residential experience suitable for both homeowners and long-term investors.
