Apartments for sale in Al Ghadeer

Al Ghadeer is an Aldar master-planned community on the Abu Dhabi-Dubai border. Properties in Al Ghadeer include studios, apartments, and three-bedroom homes. Low-rise buildings, parks, jogging tracks, and shaded walkways create a quiet setting.

First-time buyers and small families drive demand, while investors target the area for its lower prices and steady rental demand from workers in Dubai Industrial City, Jebel Ali, and nearby logistics hubs. Buyers can find more affordable apartments in Abu Dhabi here, while families can move into larger houses in Abu Dhabi as they need more space.

The community offers a mosque, shops, pharmacy, international school, and kindergarten. Residents also have access to pools, green spaces, and pet-friendly walkways.

Apartment sizes start at around 400 sq ft for studios and extend to three-bedroom layouts. Practical finishes and lower prices make Al Ghadeer an option for buyers seeking value.

Demand for properties in Al Ghadeer stays strong among first-time buyers, small families, and investors seeking affordable ownership near Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Prices remain below Yas Island, Al Raha Beach, and Al Reem Island, while newer homes can cost slightly less than houses for sale in Al Reef.

Buyers looking for an Al Ghadeer apartment for sale mainly choose studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Three-bedroom apartments and townhouses attract larger families who want more space, gardens and shared pools. Investors also target tenants working in Dubai South, Jebel Ali and nearby logistics areas.

Al Ghadeer Gardens starts at around AED 1.7 million, while Al Ghadeer 2 starts from about AED 550,000. The community offers studios through three-bedroom apartments, along with townhouses.

Residents have access to landscaped courtyards, walking paths, shaded areas, pools, community shops, a mosque and an international school. Aldar’s master plan also provides a consistent freehold community with low-rise buildings and family-focused facilities.

Al Khaleej Village anchors the lower end of the sale market. Low-rise blocks wrap around shared pools and landscaped courtyards. Studios and one bedroom apartments here suit first-time buyers and small families. Pricing stays entry-level while the green, low-density layout holds.

Al Ghadeer 2 by Aldar is the busiest cluster for apartment buyers. Homes in the wider release start from 550,000 AED on a 10/90 plan. Mid-rise buildings here draw families and commuters wanting new stock, walking trails on the doorstep, and quick reach to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) runs along Al Ghadeer and connects residents to key areas. Abu Dhabi International Airport takes about 40 minutes by car, while Downtown Dubai takes under 40 minutes. Dubai Industrial City and Ghantout are around 13 minutes away, while National Industries Park and Dubai South take about 20 minutes. These routes support daily commutes to industrial and logistics hubs.

Public transport options remain limited. No direct Abu Dhabi or Dubai bus routes serve the community. Residents can drive or take a taxi to nearby stops along E311 and in Dubai Industrial City. Most residents use private cars for school runs, shopping, and trips between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
