Great access to down town and major road, as well as amazing skylines and the canal walk. The service charges are very low compare with other small units in the area. There is a great long term community of neighbors, the majority have been here for close to a decade or more, which creates a stable and family friendly safe environment and network of support. The management company are doing their best and constantly improving the site. Overall a fantastic place to be, if one wants to live in space and not luxurious Tiny apartments and pay a lot more. ,

Good location - quick access to Shk Zayed Road, Al Khail Rd and Dubai Mall. Good for families with kids. Easy access to the Dubai Canal walk and The Block Park Dubai Design District.

This building is one of the nicest building and long time built residential buildings in the Business Bay area. Great interiors and amenities to cater to their residents such as a gym, pool, and playground. Not really accessible to bus stops and best to be accessed by taxi or car. It is close to road exits going to Sheik Zayed Road, Al Khail, Sharjah, and as such.

Windsor Manor is a great building for those looking to stay centrally in spacious apartments. The biggest issue is the noise from Al Khail Road and due to the age of the building, something or the other always needs maintainence. But, the building has on call maintainence 24/7.
