amazing place perfect location ,near to mall and bech the pool and the view are one of the best in Dubai

This property is all in one. Amazing location, 5 minutes to Nakheel Mall, direct beach access, very nice view from infinity pool, lots of restaurant and bar near by. 

This property has one of the best pools in Dubai! It’s actually two buildings, one is a hotel the other one is residential. It’s a brand new building and has all the amenities that anyone needs (restaurants, gym, pool, underground parking etc…). Restaurants and bars are nearby in the hotel and also West Beach promenade and Nakheel Mall are just steps away.

 I do not recommend. We can hear the neighbor's house, even when he presses the switch. The finishes are horrible: poorly done and feeling dirty, the bathroom is a shame (the water overflows, very small). Narrow balcony.
The only positive points are the location, and the swimming pool (with the hotel and closing at 7 p.m.).

Palm Jumeirah

Everything comes at a price, rent is high, groceries and everyday costs feel premium, and while it’s scenic and calm, it can feel a bit isolated compared to the more lively areas of the city.

Ultimately, Palm Jumeirah is a place you live if you only prefer premium living, the one percent. It’s perfect for luxury, views and that iconic waterfront lifestyle, but it’s not for hustle, buzz or affordability.

Palm Jumeirah is truly one of the most impressive places to live and visit in Dubai. Living in Palm Jumeirah offers a unique island lifestyle, but it comes with significant trade-offs in connectivity, which ranks lowest due to the lack of direct Metro access and a reliance on the Monorail and private cars. While the community is moderately family-friendly with decent greenery and walking paths near Al Ittihad Park, the experience is often dampened by high noise and heavy traffic levels. It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.
