Mudon is a new residential development in Dubai located in Dubai Land. It’s comprised of spacious villas and townhouses in a gated community. Villas for sale in Mudon come in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom varieties and the compound has 24 hour security, BBQ and play areas for children, exercise facilities, nurseries, shopping options and mosques.

It’s being developed by master developer Mudon and has seen exceptional demand since its villas went up for sale in 2008 as there was great interest for top quality villas in unique, prime locations in Dubai. Development had stalled due to market conditions but picked up in 2012 when construction resumed. The sheer demand for villas for sale in Mudon has continued unabated ever since.

What makes Mudon unique is its location, far away from the bright lights of Dubai’s busy districts so that you can enjoy a more quieter lifestyle however being so close to Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road means you’re also close enough to the action as everything is very accessible. The views from each villa in Mudon vary from those of the gardens, the community as a whole to the main road, parks and pools.
