I am staying in this building for 3 years, the building have good facilities such as Grocery, Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, shaded parking. And it is directly in front of RTA bus stop that connects to mall of emirates metro station. All units coming fully furnished as purchased from DAMAC, it is the best price in Arjan area as rental and purchasing.

This building is typically considered average; however, it experiences significant noise due to ongoing construction in the vicinity. The walls are incredibly thin, allowing me to hear every sound from my neighbor's unit. On a positive note, parking facilities are convenient, and the building is well-maintained and clean.
