FULLY FURNISHED | WELL MAINTAINED | PRIME LOCATION

The building services are great, the staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Building is very clean and security is always available. Only complaints right now are the construction noises since the building is completely surrounded by construction sites and the lack of guest parking availability. The apartments themselves have excellent design and finishing and all the kitchen appliances are available. The sizes of the apartments are average sized in comparison to buildings nearby. It's a very good building, I've been here for 5 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

AC needs always maintenance, pool is not always available to use, no parking for taxi or guest, too much noise around the building, corridor and trash rooms always dirty and smelly, bugs and flies always around can’t open my door, the only thing they care about is making sure no one is feeding the cats on the grass.
