Well maintained Spacious Rooms . Chlidren play area , swimming pool and other amenities. Located bang on business bay canal and next to downtown. Flexible to reach Al khail Road and sheikh Zayed Road.

This building is in an amazing location and has great amenities. The building manager/head of security/head of cleaning is fantastic and will do anything he can to help. However.. the noise between walls, floors from outside is terrible. I can hear my neighbour mop their kitchen floors. The noise from Al Khail rd despite it being far away is very loud probably due to poor finishings of the windows and doors. I can hear water running down the inside of the walls constantly also due to poor finishing. Parking for visitors is a regular problem.
