Always clean, with top quality furnished apartments, amazing SPA area, life guarded temperature controlled swimming pool - good vibe with peaceful residents. Polite staff, Great location in quiet, clean, safe neighborhood & walk-friendly street.

The building has a free valet parking for guests, maintenance included for all apartments, children friendly with plenty of garden space with pool, jacuzzi spa, play area and 24 hours gym. Bell boy is also available 24 hours, and its well located in a pedestrian friendly road.

Tenant, have had the cleaing in a number of times and had to complain about the finish. Treat tenant cleaning like hotel which should be different for the cost of the cleaning. Lot of nise due to building works on two hotels and road. Would be better but there seems to be no control over the time the works start and end. Great pool and gym, very secure. Roads in an around the are all busy, and no sidewalks die to ongoing building work.

As building is new, problems are least. Location of the building is not good. Without car residents face lot of problems, as retail outlets are not around
