I had a very bad memory in Mayfair residency, the flat was so old, from time to time I had a liking in bathroom or balcony and when I complain to the staff they tell me we have to change the pipes and this is only landlords of all building they can do because it’s a general issue in all flats, I felt like I’m living in karama or Satwa even rats are available over there.i was living there for 2 years even I don’t have a parking excess card and when I ask they tell me you have to pay ,I got a lot fines every single day because I park my car outside… a thousands of issues to tell and also stress . Really it’s the worst building ever, dirty building, old, zero service and maintenance ,it doesn’t worth to pay all this money for like this flats.

Overall the building is fine, but compared to others in Dubai it is rather simple

Staffs and security are friendly.
