I had a very bad memory in Mayfair residency, the flat was so old, from time to time I had a liking in bathroom or balcony and when I complain to the staff they tell me we have to change the pipes and this is only landlords of all building they can do because it’s a general issue in all flats, I felt like I’m living in karama or Satwa even rats are available over there.i was living there for 2 years even I don’t have a parking excess card and when I ask they tell me you have to pay ,I got a lot fines every single day because I park my car outside… a thousands of issues to tell and also stress . Really it’s the worst building ever, dirty building,old,zero service and maintenance ,it doesn’t worth to pay all this money for like this flats.
