Unfurnished Studio with Kitchen appliances

The common areas are very well maintained and upgraded by the Property Management Team. The building is 13 years old and some of the apartments have been upgraded and well maintained; some of the apartments have the original equipment and in need of constant maintenance and repair. If the apartment is facing Al Asayel Street, there will be significant traffic noise coming from the streets outside, especially at night. The gym and pool area is very nice and maintained in good condition. There is a nice park just outside, very convenient for walking/kids area. There is a small supermarket at ground floor level, also very convenient.

been living here few months, great pool, bbq area, friendly security, shop at the bottom of the building that brings it to your door. They DO have guest parking and a lot of it ;)

No parking for guests, good for children and average quality very close to Al khail exit

The noise due to the construction that operates 24/7 is impossible. The building is nice, the apartments are also nice. However, maintenance is not the best and there are many apartments that do not have a proper window installation.

The building location is amazing with fast access to al Khail. Pool and bbq area are amazing, the best I've seen in dubai since I moved 4years ago. Bulding is always clean and neighbors are all respectful and nice.
