I love the building, the community and the area. Very good for my family too

The apartment is very quiet, looking at the canal and Burj Khalifa, very specious, no traffic mear the building , bus stop next to the tower, bus timing is very convenient.

Scala Tower is a good quality building that offers great value. The pool is of standard size but always well-maintained. The gym area is on the smaller side but is equipped with good quality machines, weights and accessories and the residents are all working professionals. Guest parking is never an issue if arranged in advance with security. The building has a good quality finish and although it faces a busy motorway, there is minimal road noise inside the apartment. Maintenance is always accessible, are very helpful, get the job done promptly and at very reasonable rates. There is a dedicated team and it is best to get the supervisor's mobile number to cut the red tape. The best thing about living here if you work is the excellent road access to all parts of the city. For around 7-8 months of the year, you can walk to Dubai Mall and the Downtown attractions.
