Marina Diamond 5 in Dubai features modern apartments with great views, ideal for city living. While space can be limited, its excellent location makes it a good choice.

The building is well-maintained, it’s closer to metro and tram so a good option for those who prefer public transport. I have been living here for the past 6 months, so far I haven’t had any issues. The maintained team is responsive.

Been living in the building for past 3 years. Everything is great- from location to views to maintenance. Absolutely a great place to feel at home. The views from 02 series apartment are outstanding

The views of marina from the building are outstanding. The building has everything- proximity to metro & tram, easy exit to SZR, close to amazing restaurants on marina walk. Building staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Building is top notch and stands out from any other diamond buildings

View! View! View!!! and location! location! location!. Not many can match what this building has to offer in terms of well maintained building with exceptional views and one of the best locations in marina with easy exits to sheikh payed road and elsewhere.

The building grants the best views possible in marina. The building offers value of money that is extremely hard to find elsewhere
