Elegant Marina Living | Premium Apartment in Ocean Heights, Dubai Marina

The tower location is great, gym is good but facility management is terrible, common area are poorly maintained and AC inside unit is purposely limited.

Great location and no traffic

I love this building. It has amazing connectivity. Under the building you have the Tram, Carrefour (Supermarket), Barber shops, Salons, Restaurants and more. It also has one of the best gyms I think in any residential building.

I've been living in this building for 5 years, I'm happy with everything, very helpful security, a large gym, a thermoregulated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and a children's playground, but most of all I like the location, just one traffic light, and I'm on the SZR, you live on the Marina, but you don’t have to deal with traffic, it is very important that the air conditioning is included in the service charge, this makes the building attractive to tenants, since the air conditioning is free for them, but the only negative is the lack of guest parking, there is not even any space for a car if you're waiting for someone to come down

Good for families, dog friendly, nice well equipped gym, building well maintained, staff friendly

I’ve never met such a disgusting attitude toward your tenants. No one cares about any issues you have, very disappointed!
