Well-Maintained Apartment I Affordable Luxury

The management seems to think they are the only ones to be in control of decisions and what so ever, before I moved here I used to hit the gym 6am. And I’ve been doing so for the past 4 years. Now and all of a sudden, they decided to make the timing of gym 9:30am till 9:30pm (to save on expenses obviously) but that’s just the tip of the iceberg, and such a decision is out of logic since everyone is working in Dubai, and esprecially in such a building.

Its quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It's clean. The security guys are really helpful and easy to deal with. Elevators are fast, there are 6 elevators so there is no need to wait.

The building is very clean and the pool area is clean and calm. The pool could be heated though. It's very cold in the winter The staff are very kind and helpful

This is a nice building to settle in Dubai with average prices. Traffic and taxis are not the most frequent, shops also, but you can feel that you are living in a sports area and that make neighbourhoud really lively.
