SPACIOUS | FURNISHED | MULTIPLE PAYMENTS

According to the price and location one of the best building.

All are perfect in this building, They only issue they should maintain the amenities area and kids area Because kids are playing in all the area which is not good becouse kids alredy have a designated place as a play area. Else everything is perfect in elite 10 residence.

Totally worst service and maintenance and security

I have been living in this building for some long time but since the new management had taken over in year 2023, it gets worse from excellent.. building management started lotting.. Maintaince cost is very high at the building, blackmailing, blocking the accesses.. each maintaince request have to be paid by tenant and they will do nothing and will say do the fixing from outside.. We have more than 33 neighbors who were living since long and decided to moved on because of this new management, everyone calling police / dubailand etc but helpless. be careful before entering to any elite building..

Every modern city is taking green initiatives to have more greenery. Elite 10 has big balconies but most are unused and covered in thick layer of dust. Its would be great if the management allowed balcony gardens so that people could spend time outside these dark depressing apartments.

It is a perfect place to live in, especially if you don't want to spend money in furniture but looking for a comfortable and decent place to live in.
