Four years staying in same location and now it is better location to stay and the view is superb with golf and pool view and spacious gym and near shops and best places to explore to nearby like miracle garden, dubai autodrome and ICC cricket stadium.

Close to all major roads and very convenient walking distance to good schools and to shopping centers, Motor City is just round the corner with lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and shopping malls. Carrefour, Viva, Coops, Brands for Less and many more. Overall very nice and still affordable building. The pool is always very quiet!!

The location is near the main road of emirates, less traffic around, easy parking. The mosque is very close for Muslim pray. Nursery school is within waling distance, pool view and the other side is Golf view. Very pleasant living.

Amazing location with surrounding greenery. This residence couldn't been more ideal. Security guys are helpful and nice. Just 3 min drive to motor city !

Almost a year now since we moved in Royal Residence 1.Looking forward to renew. So far so good. Family friendly. Close to everything like supermarket, mosque, bus station and all the necessity places. Good price as well if your in a budget. Best location for us and super accessible to our work place. Highly recommended!
