I stay in a big studio, high floor, 09 unit, its the biggest studio in the building. I am happy to stay in the building, a lot of European expats stay as well.

With the rental prices going down in Dubai so drastically, the fact that they are still charging so much for tiny apartments with not much storage space is really a rip off. a 1 bedroom is big enough for 1 person. but as a couple it is really not big enough. The maintenance and staff however are excellent but really more for single people than families.

If you want to enjoy your stay in UAE this is the place to try.

Like the space inside the apartment and the finish and the view, plus it's quiet. guest parking could be improved outside and the finish outside could be improved as there are no street lights or parking bays on the other side of the road
