• House rules: Respect neighbors, Dubai laws, and property furnishings. No parties or events. Smoking is not allowed.

• Housekeeping fee: AED 440 (3-bedroom, charged at check-out)
• Refundable security deposit: AED 3,000; VAT: 5% applies
• Tourism Dirham Fee (DTCM): charged every 90 days, AED 900 per 30 days for 3-BR
